Dress Regulations / Local Rules
The dress code for the course and club is friendly with the standard being ‘smart casual’. Collared shirts and shoes are required at all times with rubber thongs and ‘offensive’ shirt logos being specifically excluded. All other attire is acceptable with the provision that it is clean, tidy and in good repair. Working attire such as steel capped boots, work shorts or trousers and singlets are not acceptable. Hats are NOT to be worn in the clubrooms.
The committee reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not conforming with the requirements as displayed at the entry to, and inside of the Clubhouse.
- All fence lines surrounding the course define out of bounds.
- Staked trees: Defined by white pegs – a player MUST drop away within one club length of the nearest point of relief. Penalty: Two strokes if failing to do so and tree is struck.
- A ball lodging in a kangaroo mark in a bunker may be dropped in the bunker not nearer the hole.
- Consult notice board for additional temporary local rules.
CLUB CHAMPIONS 2017
The Club Championships have been played and concluded for 2017.
Today completes the Championships for both the men and the ladies.
Congratulations to all those that took part over the 3 weeks both in the Mens and Ladies Competitions! The weather proved to be a force to be reckoned with in the last round of the ladies competition today.
A huge thank you to all those responsible for the way the course is presented as always but especially over the last month for the Championships.
The winners are:
Mens Club Champion John Parton! John had rounds of 79, 73 and 79. Congratulations John!
Runner up to John was Rodney Shemeld! Congratulations Rocket!
B-Grade winner Corey Hickman, runner up Alan Cope
C-Grade winner John Powell, runner up Peter Castelli
D-Grade winner Harry Blackburn, runner up Rab Ainsworth

Last but not least this year the ladies were included in a Best Nett competition held over the same 3 Saturdays as the mens championships and the winner of that was Sharon Burrow! Well done Sharon.
The event was a huge success with a field of 12-14 ladies each round.
